Fear of Life

When we live from fear, we limit ourselves in our lives and what is possible, not only do we become afraid of all the negative things in our lives but also the positive.

The opposite side of fear is excitement where we live in a place of positivity and positive expectations of what will happen.

In this workshop, we will work with transforming the emotion of fear into excitement. The work will involve the use of Bioenergetics, Breath, Dance, Meditations and Interpersonal Work to move you into a space where everything can become possible.
